FlowTex 2025 will be a hybrid event and vendors can register for either in-person or virtual participation!
Registration for FlowTex 2025 will open at 12pm CST on October 15th. To avoid overcrowding, we unfortunately must limit the in-person registration to 20 vendor booths and we expect the quota to fill quickly. First come - first served. Additionally, two sponsorship spots per day are available for lunch, and virtual only sponsorships are unlimited.
All registration options include one PowerPoint slide that will be displayed during the conference and will also be emailed to all attendees as part of the final conference program. Please submit a current, high-quality company logo and the slide to our Vendor Liaison upon registration and payment.

You will receive an invoice and registration confirmation within couple of business days. Payment must be received by FlowTex no later than November 15th, 2024 or your spot will be forfeited to the next vendor on the waiting list. If you need a corporate approval that takes a long time, please start the process now. We accept checks (please ask for details) and credit cards (via PayPal and Square).
